"The Sisterhood was inspired by the Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants. As we all spread out across the country, we will still keep in touch and keep our friendship strong. The bracelet will pass in rotation from one member to the next, along with photos of the previous holder wearing the bracelet and a letter describing the events that the wearer endured during her time with the bracelet.
The Fellowship was also inspired by the Traveling Pants, however the blogs do not travel, the people travel. Since we are all in different places, it is a fun way to let each other know what they're up to by posting vlogs (video blogs) or regular blogs about their life, their feelings about moving to college, feelings when they get there, and about what's going on in the person's life while we are separated. Other members are able to view each other's blogs and comment and this way no one misses anything."
